What is life coaching?


Life coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on helping individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. A life coach works with clients to empower them, provide guidance, and support them in making positive changes in their lives.

Life coaching is a distinct profession separate from therapy or counseling. While therapy primarily focuses on addressing emotional and psychological issues, life coaching is future-oriented and emphasizes personal growth, self-improvement, and goal attainment.

  1. Goal Setting: Life coaching involves helping clients clarify their goals and aspirations in various areas of life, such as relationships, career, health, personal development, or life balance.
