• The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted

• Please note that due to Ellis's busy and often changing schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.

• Sessions with Ellis are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges

• Ellis Wood reserves the right to terminate a reading if he feels that the subject or subjects are being disruptive, disrespectful or uncooperative. If a session is terminated because of such actions, no refunds will be issued and any monies paid for the session will be forfeited.​
